This one is built for people who like having friends over. The lounge, kitchen and dining room sit under high timber beamed ceilings, with a double sided fireplace in the middle. The kitchen has a big island, a breakfast bar, a separate scullery and a double door fridge. The dining room’s glass doors fold right back onto the pool.
Out back there’s a long lap pool, lawn and a covered patio with plenty of outdoor seating. Next to it is an entertainment room with a built in bar, a fireplace and a big TV. That room has its own bathroom with a sauna.
Upstairs, the main bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and big picture windows looking out over green bush. Its en suite has a freestanding bath and a walk in shower. The other three bedrooms all have their own bathrooms too. Downstairs there’s a second lounge for the kids or for movie nights, a proper home office with built in desks, and a guest toilet.
You also get a double garage with loft storage and room for the laundry, plus a neat paved driveway.
Sandown is a secure estate with 24 hour security and a park for the kids. Eden on the Bay, the beach, good schools and shops are all a few minutes away.
